FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Benj Duncan

Benj is the founder of Connexus Advisory and has more than 20 years’ experience working in teams, and helping organisations deliver positive impacts through responsible business strategies.

She has worked across publicly listed entities and start-ups, delivering projects in sectors including Industrial, Property, Asset Management, Mining, Airline, Oil & Gas, Waste Management, Media, Fashion and Government. Benj has practical experience embedding responsible practices in strategy and governance, human resources, product, financial, procurement and contractor management.

Benj has a master of Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam, she later completed a certificate of Business Sustainability Strategy with Harvard Business School (online), and is now training towards her B-Corp Consultant certification.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and contributes to her community through pro-bono director roles with local organisations. She has trained through Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps, and completed the certificate of Advanced Responsible Investment Analysis from the UN Principles of Responsible Investment Academy.

Benj delivers projects to high professional standards gained from her previous Big4 assurance and consulting roles.
