ESG - Due Diligence Review

We conducted a confidential review for a private equity client of the target company's information pack, assessing the integration of sustainability principles in property development and investment management activities. 

A range of disclosures, including performance reports, industry partnerships, and media releases, were evaluated. 

We developed a recommendation on the contribution that ESG could make as a risk mitigation strategy and the benefits that the target company could gain from our private equity client’s ESG expertise and relationships. 

As a result, Connexus Advisory delivered a comprehensive report, outlining key findings and additional queries for further investigation in the next phases of due diligence review.
